Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

Orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same working day from Dubai. You receive tracking as soon as the order ships.

Cold chain

Compounds that require it ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Storage conditions for each product are stated on its page and on the vial label.

Discreet packaging

Orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the exterior names the contents. The return address is a neutral business name.

Destinations

We ship across the GCC — the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman — and only where it is lawful to do so. Destinations outside the GCC are not served yet. Shipping is free on every order to every GCC destination: no minimum, no threshold, and no charge added at checkout. If you are outside the GCC, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you rather than take an order we cannot fulfil. You are responsible for confirming products are lawful to import and possess at your address. Any import duties or taxes are your responsibility. Returns & replacements

Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of correctly supplied items. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your batch number and we will replace it or resolve it. See our Terms of Sale.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact support@emitide.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
