Terms of Sale & Research-Use Agreement

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Emitide LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Emitide”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@emitide.com.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied strictly as in-vitro laboratory research materials for use by qualified professionals. They are not medicines, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration of any kind. By placing an order you agree to our Research Use Only Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

3. Eligibility

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are acquiring products solely for lawful research purposes, and that you are responsible for ensuring the products are legal to import and possess in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the order, where a product is unavailable, or where fulfilment would be unlawful in the destination.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice prior to order acceptance. Payment methods accepted are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied in the destination country.

6. Shipping, title & risk

Shipping terms, timeframes, and destination restrictions are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provide.

7. Documentation

Each lot is supplied with an independent laboratory certificate of analysis, published and readable before purchase. The certificate describes the material by identity and analytical result only.

8. Returns

Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, reported within 72 hours of delivery. See Shipping & Returns.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss. We are not liable for any use of products outside their stated in-vitro research purpose, which is prohibited under these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to any order, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
