Who is responsible

What we collect
We collect the information you provide to place and fulfil an order — name, contact details, shipping address, and order history — and limited technical data (such as device and usage information) needed to operate the site securely. If you apply for a trade account, we also collect the business details you submit, which may include a company registration or trade licence number.
Why we use it
To process and ship orders, provide lot documentation and support, prevent fraud, screen orders against our Acceptable Use Policy, comply with legal obligations, and — only where you opt in — send lot and catalogue updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment data
Payments are handled by our payment providers on their own systems. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
Sharing & international transfers
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business — shipping carriers, payment processors, email and IT providers — under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. Because we are a United States company serving customers in other countries, your data may be processed in the United States and in the country the order ships from or to.
Advertising measurement
If you reach us from an advertisement, we record the click identifier the advertising platform attaches to the link and, if you later place an order that is paid, we report that a conversion occurred, together with its time and value, back to that platform. We do not load any advertising platform’s tracking script on this site, and we do not share your name, address, or the products you bought with it.
Retention & your rights
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising click identifiers are deleted after 120 days. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, or to object to its processing. To exercise them, contact support@emitide.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies that are essential to run the site — keeping your cart and login working — and, where you arrive from an advertisement, one first-party cookie that holds the click identifier described above. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies; our site statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you. Because no non-essential cookies are set, there is no cookie banner to manage.
