How this works
Who does what, and what we can prove.
Emitide does not synthesise peptides and does not run a fill line. We buy finished, neutral-filled vials, apply our own label, and pay an independent laboratory to test each lot before it goes on sale. This page says exactly where that line falls, because a supply chain you cannot see is not one you can check.
What we are
A Dubai-based supplier of reference-grade compounds for laboratory research. In plain terms: a buyer, a labeller and a publisher of test results. Everything upstream of the sealed vial — synthesis, purification, lyophilisation and filling — is done by a contract manufacturer. Everything downstream — which supplier we use, which lots we accept, the testing, the label, storage, dispatch and the certificate published on this site — is ours, and ours to answer for.
What we are not
- We are not a manufacturer. No synthesis, no purification, no fill line of our own.
- We are not a pharmacy or a compounder, and nothing we sell is a medicine.
- We do not repack, split or re-fill vials. What arrives sealed from the filler is what ships to you, with our label on the outside of it.
- We do not provide dosing, reconstitution or administration guidance in any channel. That is a condition of sale, not a limitation of our service.
How a supplier gets in
No compound is listed on the strength of a good sales conversation. Before any money moves, a supplier has to clear the same gate:
- A manufacturing licence we verify against the issuing register — not a PDF they email us.
- Audit evidence: a current third-party audit or certification, with a certificate number we confirm at source.
- A video call with the facility rather than a brochure of it.
- References from buyers we contact ourselves.
- A sample sent to our own laboratory, under our reference, and tested independently before we commit.
Payment is staged and held in escrow or trade assurance until material has been received and tested. We do not wire large sums up front to a vendor we have not verified — that is the single most common way this category goes wrong, and the reason a great deal of what is sold as a research peptide is not what its label says.
The laboratory
The laboratory is independent of both us and the manufacturer. We pay it to report what it finds, not to confirm what we would like to be true. Every certificate we publish carries the issuing laboratory’s own report reference, so you can confirm the result with them directly without involving us. A report you have to take our word for is not a report.
What each lot is tested for
- Identity — that the material is the compound named on the label.
- Purity — by HPLC, as a percentage of the material present.
- Net content — measured gravimetrically. How much peptide is actually in the vial, which is a different question from how pure the fraction is, and the one where published third-party data shows this category failing most often.
What each lot is not tested for
Being straight about the gaps matters more than the length of the list above.
- Sterility and endotoxin are not part of the standard panel. Unless a product page says otherwise, do not assume either.
- Testing is per lot, not per vial. A certificate describes the lot your vial came from.
- Residual solvents, heavy metals and microbial limits are not tested as standard.
- Peptides of this class are supplied as acetate or TFA salts, so gross vial weight exceeds net peptide content. The figure we publish is the peptide mass, not the powder weight.
Storage and dispatch
Stock is held in Dubai at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same working day. Anything that needs it ships with cold-chain packaging. Outer packaging is plain and unmarked, with a neutral return address.
Where we are today
Emitide has not yet shipped a lot. The first certificates appear on the lab results page the day the first lots come back from the laboratory, and that table builds itself from batch records — nobody types a result into it. An empty table is the honest state of a business that has not shipped, and we would rather show you that than fill it with examples.
