Research Use Only Policy

Intended use

Every product sold by Emitide LLC is an in-vitro laboratory research material, intended solely for lawful scientific research by qualified professionals in an appropriate research setting. Products are supplied as analytical/reference materials and are described by identity — sequence, molecular mass, purity, and storage — and never by physiological effect.

What our products are not

Our products are not drugs, medicines, supplements, foods, or cosmetics. They are not approved by any regulatory authority for any use. They are not intended for, and must not be used in, any human or veterinary application, including any form of consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical administration.

Your responsibilities

By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age; that you are acquiring products for legitimate research only; that you will store, handle, and dispose of them safely and lawfully; and that you are responsible for confirming the products are lawful to import and possess in your jurisdiction before ordering.

No usage guidance

We do not and will not provide dosing, administration, protocol, or any human- or animal-use guidance — on this site, by email, or through support. Requests for such guidance will be declined. This is a condition of sale, not a limitation of our service.

Destination restrictions

We maintain a restricted-destination list and will not ship where fulfilment would be unlawful. “Worldwide shipping” means everywhere it is lawful to ship; the list is applied at checkout and updated as the law changes. A research-use designation does not by itself change how a product is regulated in any given country, and the law of the destination binds the shipment.
