Supply at volume, on the same terms we publish to everyone else.
Emitide supplies reference-grade compounds to institutions, laboratories and distributors across the GCC, and to approved buyers beyond it. Volume pricing is quoted, not published. What does not change with order size is the documentation: every lot is tested by an independent laboratory and its certificate is published before the lot goes on sale.
Where we are today. Emitide has not yet shipped a lot, and no certificate exists on this site yet. The first ones appear on the lab results page the day the first lots come back from the laboratory.
We are opening trade applications now because qualifying a buyer takes longer than filling an order, and because the compounds you need us to hold decide which lots we test first. If you apply now, you are telling us what to stock.
Who this is for
We supply
- Universities, research institutes and hospital research units
- Contract research organisations
- Commercial and industrial laboratories
- Distributors and resellers supplying the research market
- Existing customers whose order size has outgrown the shop
We do not supply
- Individuals buying for personal use, at any volume. A larger order does not change what the material is or what it may be used for.
- Anyone intending to resell into a human or veterinary supply chain, or to repack, re-fill or relabel material as anything other than a research reagent.
- Anyone who needs us to advise on dosing, reconstitution, administration or protocol. We do not do this at any order size, in any channel, including privately by email.
We refuse applications on these grounds and we do not make exceptions for volume. Volume is the reason to be more careful, not less.
What changes at volume
- Price
- Quoted per order against the compounds, quantities and delivery point you give us. It is not published, and it is not a fixed discount off the retail page.
- Lot consistency
- Where the order size supports it we will allocate from a single lot, so every vial you receive carries the same certificate and the same measured values. Ask for it in your enquiry — it affects which lot we reserve.
- Documentation
- Each shipment carries the certificate for its lot, the safety data sheet, and a specification sheet for each compound. All three already exist publicly for every product; at volume they arrive with the order rather than being looked up.
- Certificate history
- Approved buyers can ask for the full published certificate history for a compound across every lot we have released, not just the current one. That is the number that matters if you are comparing suppliers over time rather than at one moment.
- Private label
- Approved distributors and resellers can take neutral, unlabelled vials or supply their own label. Artwork is approved before production and there is a minimum quantity per SKU. What does not change: the lot certificate is the same public document either way, it is never reissued under anyone else’s name, and the research-use-only condition of sale binds you and everyone you supply onward. We decline private-label enquiries intended for a human or veterinary supply chain, and that is not negotiable at any volume.
- Lead time
- Stock orders dispatch on the same schedule as retail. Orders that need a lot we do not currently hold, or a single-lot allocation, are quoted with a lead time — we tell you what it is before you commit, not after.
What does not change
- The testing
- Identity, purity by HPLC, and net content measured gravimetrically, per lot, by a laboratory independent of both us and the manufacturer. Sterility, endotoxin, residual solvents, heavy metals and microbial limits are not part of the standard panel. That is true of a ten-vial order and a thousand-vial order.
- The certificate is public
- We do not issue a private certificate to a trade buyer that differs from the one on the product page. Every report carries the issuing laboratory’s own reference, so you can confirm it with them directly, without involving us.
- What we will not tell you
- No usage, dosing, administration, protocol or handling guidance. This is a condition of sale, not a limitation of our service.
How it works
- Apply. The form below. Organisation, registration details, what you expect to buy and how much. It takes a few minutes.
- We review it. Manually, by a person, usually within two business days. We verify the registration you give us against the issuing register — the same standard we hold our own suppliers to. We may come back with questions, and we do decline applications.
- You request a quote. Once approved, send us compounds, quantities and delivery point. We quote in writing, with lead times and the lot allocation if you have asked for one.
- You issue a purchase order, or accept the quote in writing if your organisation does not use POs.
- We issue a proforma invoice. You pay by bank transfer. Payment clears, then we ship.
There is no login and no trade portal. The whole process runs by email against documents you can file, which is what a purchasing department needs and what a dashboard is not.
Terms, stated plainly
- Payment is in advance
- Bank transfer against a proforma invoice. We do not offer net terms or credit accounts at this stage. We would rather say that here than run an approval process that quietly declines you later.
- There is a minimum order value
- It is set per order on total value, not per line or per compound, so a first order can spread across the catalogue to evaluate us. We do not publish the figure — tell us what you expect to order and we will tell you plainly whether it clears.
- Where we ship
- Free delivery across the GCC: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Outside the GCC we supply approved institutional buyers case by case. Import permits, customs clearance and any local registration requirement are the buyer’s responsibility, and there are destinations we will decline. Ask before you plan around it.
- Quotes
- Prices are quoted per order and hold for the period stated on the quote.
- Research use only
- Everything is sold for laboratory research use only. The RUO terms apply to a trade account exactly as they apply to a retail order.

Read how our testing works, or look at the lab results page and see what is actually published. If that table is empty, it is the honest state of a business that has not shipped yet — and it is the same table a trade buyer will be reading a year from now.
